Honestly, I woudl ve been thrilled with this place if not for the inconvenient breakfast situation-a whole 5 minutes away! I also found the room decor to be quirky but practical, which left me wanting more luxury. It's shocking there was no welcome gesture given the price. A little effort would go a long way.

Valerio's personalized hospitality stood out, as he greeted us upon arrival and provided invaluable local recommendations.
The toiletries could use some improvement. They were quite basic and didn't match the otherwise high-quality experience.

The host, Valerio, was fantastic and were really nice, like greeting me at the airport. Our room had a lovely balcony, and being so close to Rome Termini made exploring easy. Plus, the breakfast spread was excellent-definitely filled us up for the day!
In my wife's opinion, the toiletries could use improvement.

Great hotel with excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a tv. The staff helped care for my elderly parents on my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend trying the breakfast packs!

The room was cozy with a good balcony that overlooked the lively streets. Air conditioning worked well, and there was a mini-fridge which was a nice touch. The bathroom was right outside, but it felt private enough for our stay. Only downside was that the toiletries were basic, a bit more variety would have been great.
